Dark fantasy hack-and-slash mobile game
Demon Hunter: Premium is a paid action game for mobile developed by EA Publishing. It is a 3D side-scrolling Metroidvania adventure set in a dark fantasy world where demons roam and have taken over the land. Players will be hunting demonic creatures and freeing the people from tyranny.
Building upon the Demon Hunter: Shadow World game by the same developer, Demon Hunter: Premium comes with the Ultimate Pack included, which unlocks two additional characters from the start, as well as giving players 500 diamonds and five random tickets to use for getting rewards and in-game items.
Hunting demons
Demon Hunter: Premium features a dark fantasy theme and takes place in a world invaded by demonic creatures. Over time, the land grew weak and barren from all the chaos and destruction. However, there is still hope in individuals called Hunters who are able to fight and defeat these monstrosities and bring back peace and life to the world, and you are one of them.
Combat in this action game is fast and fluid with intuitive controls for basic attacks, three special skills, and an ultimate ability, complemented by jumps and dashes for evading enemy attacks. There are multiple characters to choose from, each with their own unique playstyle, and the main campaign spans four main dungeons of an evil tower that are divided into sections.
At the end of each dungeon stands epic bosses that you need to slay to collect their souls to progress and unlock challenges. Then, you can engage in some online PvP action to test your skills against other players. One thing that needs more work is some game balance issues. Also, the game could use more optimizations as performance can be quite erratic sometimes.
Giving support
All in all, Demon Hunter: Premium is really a way to support the developer and the effort they put into the game, giving you some minor rewards. It still offers the same engaging and challenging experience as the free version. If you like to commend the game's development, get this version and have fun playing. Otherwise, you can just play the free version instead.
